Human Trafficking Guide for Social Service Providers

Second Chance has released an updated resource guide on human trafficking in Ohio for social service providers. Expanded sections include: Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children, Barriers to Victim Identification, Partial Listing of Current Services and Efforts in Ohio, Anti-Trafficking Legislation Federal and State Level, and Additional Resources on Human Trafficking.

This resource guide is intended to be used by social service providers as a source of information on human trafficking in Ohio. While it is unknown how many victims of human trafficking are in Ohio, several human trafficking cases have been discovered in Ohio in recent years. In order to prevent human trafficking and assist victims, social service providers must be educated on this issue.

This resource guide is not intended to be a comprehensive guide on human trafficking in Ohio.
