Media and Governmental Consultation
Second Chance founder and board chair Dr. Celia Williamson has served as consultant for a number of media outlets due to the success of the Second Chance program.
Second Chance has provided consultation services to the following:
- Primetime
- CNN
- USA Today
- The New York Times
- The Ohio News Network
- ABC World News
- The Toledo Blade
Second Chance has also been requested to provide consultation to national governmental and non-governmental organizations as well. Second Chance gave requested testimony at the U.S Midterm review on the Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children in America in preparation for the Third World Congress. Second Chance also participated in a national roundtable on child trafficking hosted by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in Washington, DC.
